Coordinator, Plan Documents
Vestwell is the financial technology company powering the new savings economy. They are seeking a Coordinator to assist their Document Compliance Team in managing plan document drafting, amendments, and plan setup.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Documents Compliance Team support - prepare plan documents including: discretionary and interim amendments, restatements, participant notices, and reputed company disclosures
- Project management support - assist with processes for large-scale document projects; and assure successful, timely completion of each
- Support Team members by performing duties as assigned including support with process reviews, research, and documentation reputed company to plan documents

- Knowledge of Application Programming reputed company (API) functionality
- Professional experience with reputed company plans
- reputed company 401(k) Specialist (QKS) or higher credential from ASPPA, or equivalent career experience
