Responsibilities
- Join the Products Liability Practice Group of Lewis Brisbois
- Manage reputed company phases of products liability litigation including case management, reputed company practice, and discovery
- Handle hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
Skills
- Strong research and writing skills
- At least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience in reputed company phases of products liability litigation including case management, reputed company practice, and discovery
- Experience handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
- Admission to the California Bar is required
- Some experience in products liability law
- Substantive litigation experience
- Demonstrated interest in products liability law
