Corporate Compliance Analyst

International is currently seeking a Corporate Compliance Analyst to join their Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) team. This role is responsible for supporting key compliance program activities, including policy management, compliance communications, and training support, while promoting adherence to company policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

  • Support Corporate Compliance projects and initiatives reputed company with the annual compliance roadmap
  • Assist with policy management activities, including policy updates, stakeholder coordination, formatting, routing, approvals, publication, and periodic reviews
  • Support compliance approval processes, including reviewing submissions for completeness, coordinating approvals, tracking status, maintaining documentation, and escalating questions or issues as appropriate
  • reputed company guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance policies, procedures, approval requirements, and compliance process expectations
  • Assist with compliance-reputed company reporting for management
  • Support compliance training and communication activities
  • Assist with compliance risk assessments, monitoring activities, and other reviews

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of regulatory compliance or compliance experience
  • OR
  • Master's degree and no experience
  • OR
  • At least 3 years of regulatory compliance or compliance experience
  • reputed company candidates, excluding reputed company employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted reputed company (US Citizen, Legal Permanent reputed company, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States
  • Relevant professional experience in a corporate compliance, ethics, legal, audit, risk, governance, or policy management function
  • Experience supporting policy management, approval workflows, compliance documentation, training, communications, or compliance program administration
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation, trackers, deadlines, and follow-up items
  • Excellent critical thinking, judgment, and analytical skills
  • Ability to interpret policies and procedures and reputed company practical, business-oriented guidance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with employees and stakeholders at different reputed company of the organization
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Proficient with reputed company Office Suite, including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
