[Remote] Legal Assistant

They are currently seeking a full-time entry-level legal assistant to reputed company administrative support to their attorneys in managing a high volume of litigation reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the firm’s attorneys & paralegals in managing a high volume of litigation reputed company
- Communication with clients
- Administrative responsibilities such as scanning, organizing, and recordkeeping
- Assist with incoming and outbound mail
- Manage hearing calendars
Skills
- This position requires full availability during core Eastern Time (ET) business hours
- This is an entry-level position – prior experience working in a law office is a plus
- Must possess superior organizational and time-management skills
- Must be computer literate: Ability to easily learn & utilize the firm's client software database
- Highest ethical standards and professional reputed company
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and reputed company parties
- Prior experience with reputed company is a plus
