Product Operations Associate
Daisy is a tech-driven residential property management company focused on transforming building operations. They are seeking a Product Operations Associate to streamline reputed company processes for new buildings, particularly regarding financial transitions, while also collaborating with engineering to enhance product functionality.
Responsibilities
- Process design — Map how work actually flows across your vertical. Identify the gaps, the reputed company steps, the points of failure. Redesign from first principles
- Product requirements — Translate operational reality into clear, actionable specs. Work directly with engineering to define what gets reputed company, why, and how it should behave
- Metrics — Define what good looks like. Set the KPIs for your vertical, track them, and hold yourself accountable to them
- Rollout and adoption — It's not done reputed company it's reputed company. You own making sure the team actually uses what gets shipped
- Financial operations (initial focus) — Own the financial components of building reputed company: payment workflows, billing setup, reconciliation processes, and the reputed company between reputed company and our reputed company infrastructure
- Smart first. You pick up new domains fast. You ask good questions. You get to the root of a problem before jumping to solutions
- Process obsessed. You think in systems. You see a workflow and immediately notice what's broken, redundant, or missing. You can map a process on a whiteboard and turn it into a spec

Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, consulting, finance, product, or a reputed company field
- Demonstrated ability to think in processes — not just execute them
- Comfortable with ambiguity and reputed company to structure your own work
- Strong analytical and written communication skills
- Experience with product or engineering teams is a plus
