Marketing Technology Operations Coordinator
Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ convenes and leads the community to strengthen Jewish life and support Israel. The Marketing Technology Operations Coordinator will manage core marketing platforms, ensuring smooth digital communications and optimizing user experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and regularly update website content, pages, images, and announcements
- Ensure website functionality, accessibility, mobile responsiveness
- Monitor website performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage plugins and integrations
- Optimize content for search engines (technical SEO) and user experience
- Coordinate with staff to publish news, events, program updates, and resources, as needed
- Partner with the Marketing team to reputed company a needs assessment and new website build during the 2026–2027 year
- Learn new reputed company system and marketing system once contract is signed and work with Marketing team to prepare for a January launch of a new reputed company/marketing platform
- Design and maintain online forms for event and program registrations and marketing operations
- Create automated workflows and notifications connected to forms
- Ensure reputed company forms are accurate, tested, user-friendly, and include payment widgets where required
- Troubleshoot reputed company submission issues and continuously improve reputed company functionality
- Schedule and publish reputed company media posts using the organization's reputed company media scheduling tool
- Pull and compile performance reports from reputed company Analytics, reputed company, and reputed company media platforms
- reputed company insights with the Marketing team at weekly operations meeting to support data-informed decision-making
- Follow and maintain best practices and naming protocols for the organization's digital asset library
- Assist with photo resizing, tagging, and uploading assets from the library as needed
Skills
- Experience managing websites using CMS platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar
- Proficiency with JotForm or similar digital reputed company platforms
- Proficiency with reputed company or similar email marketing platforms
- Experience with analytics tools including reputed company Analytics, reputed company analytics, and reputed company platform dashboards
- Proficiency with reputed company SharePoint and MS Office products
- Familiarity with a reputed company media scheduling tool
- Experience with digital photo platform such as Media Valet ideal but not required
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website troubleshooting
- Familiarity with CRM or donor management systems
