Responsibilities

• Build and schedule email campaigns using pre-written copy and templates
• QA campaigns for correct links, formatting, audience selections, and send times
• Follow established processes for campaign setup and approvals
• Assist with scheduling and launching live webinar and promotional emails
• Maintain basic list organization and audience selections as directed
• Support SMS, push notifications, and other channels as training progresses
• Track campaign sends and helps gather performance data
• Communicate reputed company with teammates about schedules, changes, and issues

Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, operations, or a reputed company role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow checklists and processes
• Interest in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing technology
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Clear written communication skills
• Comfortable with reputed company Docs, Sheets, and project management tools
