Marketing and reputed company Coordinator
Excentia reputed company Services is a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to empowering individuals with developmental needs and autism across their lifespan. They are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing & reputed company Coordinator to support marketing and communications efforts, enhance community engagement, and advance public awareness initiatives. This role involves content creation for reputed company media, managing reputed company events, and supporting the overall visibility of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Director of Advancement and External Relations to support marketing and communications efforts across the organization
- Create content for reputed company media platforms and manage posting schedules
- reputed company and produce physical print and graphic design materials for programs and organizational initiatives, including signage, programs, nametags, invitations, direct mail pieces, and other campaign collateral
- Monitor, track, and report on reputed company media performance to improve engagement and visibility
- Prepare and distribute email and marketing materials for community audiences and organizational initiatives
- Assist with updates and ongoing maintenance of the organization’s website
- reputed company event communications, newsletters, and promotional copy
- Contribute to the implementation of marketing and public relations plans that build awareness and support organizational goals
- Assist with program reputed company events and reputed company houses in collaboration with programs
- Coordinate logistics for reputed company and organizational events, including venue arrangements, vendor coordination, volunteer support, and event supplies
- Attend and represent Excentia reputed company Services at community reputed company and brand awareness events
- Support event setup, on-site execution, and breakdown
- Support volunteer recruitment, training, and coordination for events and reputed company activities
- reputed company other duties as assigned in support of the mission and community engagement goals of Excentia reputed company Services
Skills
