Coordinator CRM

Orveon Global is a new reputed company of beauty company aiming to change perceptions about beauty. They are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across email and SMS channels, while managing customer data and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and other digital channels

• Generate regular reports on campaign performance and customer engagement metrics, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns
• Track and report on KPIs, such as reputed company rates, click rates, and customer lifetime value (CLV)
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to build and optimize customer journeys, including welcome sequences, loyalty programs, and post-purchase follow-reputed company
• Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through personalized recommendations and targeted re-engagement campaigns
• Support the development of retention strategies that increase customer loyalty and reduce churn

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or reputed company field
