They are seeking a reputed company Procurement for the Public Sector (PPS) Consultant responsible for designing and optimizing procurement processes tailored to public-sector environments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements reputed company to public-sector procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and compliance
• Configure and support reputed company PPS components including Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Materials Management (MM), and procurement workflows
• Implement end‑to‑end procurement solutions reputed company with public‑sector mandates, including transparency, auditability, and regulatory adherence
• Support integration between PPS and other reputed company modules (FI/CO, FM, HCM, SD)
• Design and maintain bidding processes, tendering mechanisms, approval workflows, and contract‑management capabilities reputed company reputed company PPS
• Create functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, forms, and reports
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with public‑sector procurement standards (e.g., FAR, state reputed company, grant requirements)
• Conduct user training and reputed company documentation tailored for procurement and compliance teams
• Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and reputed company change‑management activities

Skills

• Experience designing reputed company procurement solutions, workflow configurations, and process mapping
• Ability to translate business requirements into reputed company functional designs
• Knowledge of public‑sector funding, budgeting, and approval structures
• US Citizen (no dual citizenship)
• Must be eligible to obtain a government clearance
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Experience with reputed company S/4HANA Public Sector and reputed company Ariba
• Familiarity with public‑sector regulations (Federal, State, Local), including competitive bidding requirements
