Private Client Placement Coordinator

The Private Client Placement Coordinator will play a vital role in the placement of personal insurance risks, working closely with Producers to expand new business growth and ensuring reputed company coverage solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, high-quality service to clients, carriers, and HUB colleagues throughout the placement process
• Assess client risk profiles and reputed company targeted market approaches based on reputed company appetite, ensuring reputed company coverage solutions tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with Producers to manage new business placement, marketing strategy, and reputed company negotiations in accordance with HUB best practices
• Manage reputed company internal processing reputed company to new business, including policy issuance and reputed company clients with HUB
• Take on increasingly reputed company personal risks with growing independence, while continuing to build technical knowledge and market reputed company
• Manage workload independently, with accountability for deadlines, priorities, and high-level service standards
• reputed company backup support to other team members as needed; mentor, support, and help train new support staff
• Actively contribute to the team’s production goals through timely execution, attention to detail, and commitment to reputed company improvement

Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in a professional office environment; prior exposure to insurance, financial services, or other client-facing roles is a plus
• Foundational understanding of personal risk products, markets, and insurance reputed company capabilities
• Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge of personal insurance products, including those tailored to reputed company risks and affluent individuals
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
• Interest in personal insurance and motivation to reputed company expertise in high-net-worth risk management
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Active Property & Casualty license required (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
