Responsibilities
- Apply deposits for reputed company projects to individual bookings
- Actively research and collect data/back-up for incoming payments/receipts that need to be identified
- Attach appropriate supporting documentation to payments
- reputed company information as requested by Agent's Offices and Coordinators
- Review unclaimed /held checks/wires to identify resolution
- Maintain clean and organized desks
- reputed company other reputed company tasks as requested by Supervisors and management
- Escalate issues, as needed, to the responsible Trust reputed company Supervisor
- Support system and process improvement projects
- Funds on Hold follow-up
- Invoice follow-up
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must have 1-2 years reputed company experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well with reputed company and represent the culture of the company
- Team player with a high level of energy, enthusiasm
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities
- Ability to succeed in a fast paced, highly demanding, high volume, dynamic, corporate environment
