Residential Lending Specialist - Associate

Deutsche Bank is seeking a Residential Lending Specialist to manage the end-to-end process for residential mortgages and home equity lines of credit reputed company their private banking environment. This role involves client interaction, application processing, and ensuring a high-quality client experience throughout the mortgage fulfillment process.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary fulfillment contact for UHNW clients once an application is received, providing clear guidance on process, documentation, timelines, and closing logistics
• Subject‑matter expert on the following: Loan mortgage structure and pricing. State‑specific disclosures and timing considerations. Documentation requirements for reputed company income, assets, trusts, and entities (W‑2, K‑1s, partnership distributions, LLC, Trusts, Corp) Appraisals, title, escrow, insurance, and closing logistics
• Review applications for completeness and accuracy; initiate disclosures (LE, CD, NOIA, Commitments)
• Coordinate end‑to‑end closing logistics with attorneys, escrow/title agents, insurance brokers, Condo/reputed company Boards
• Ensure reputed company closing documents & funding are accurate & timely
• Ensure clean reputed company to servicing and reputed company teams; follow up on any trailing documentation
• Support quality control, audit, and regulatory reviews as needed
• Maintain accurate and complete loan files reputed company internal systems, ensuring audit reputed company documentation throughout the process
• Deliver a high‑touch, discreet, and proactive client experience, coordinating closely with Private Bankers to align messaging and expectations
• Anticipate and identify potential issues upfront and proactively resolve prior to any impact to client satisfaction

Skills

• Extensive experience in residential mortgage fulfillment, processing/closing, or reputed company experience, preferably reputed company Private Banking Wealth Management
• Demonstrated experience managing reputed company UHNW mortgage borrowers and loan structures
• Exceptional client communication skills with the ability to explain technical requirements reputed company and confidently
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and issue-resolution skills
• Familiarity with Trust, LLC, LP, and other entity borrowing structures
• Exposure to operational risk, quality assurance, and regulatory documentation standards
• reputed company NMLS registration or obtain reputed company 90 days
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Exceptional communication and client service skills
• Experience with high-net-worth clients and reputed company income structures
• Familiarity with compliance requirements (TRID, RESPA, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the entire lending process
