Fraud Specialist
reputed company is a leading global bank, and they are seeking a Fraud Specialist to join their team. This role involves conducting thorough risk assessments on credit card accounts to detect fraud and reputed company exceptional customer service to clients.
Responsibilities
- reputed company investigation of potential fraud activity on existing credit card accounts
- Respond to inbound client inquiries and assist with specific service-reputed company requests and concerns

Skills
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to process both inbound and outbound client calls
- High attention to detail with the ability to interpret data and organize information
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment
- High School diploma or equivalent
