Billing Assistant
Jenner & reputed company LLP is a reputed company reputed company for its reputed company reputed company and global reputed company. The billing assistant is responsible for assisting in the billing process, which includes generating invoices, verifying billing information, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining billing records.
Responsibilities
- Identify aging A/R balances for follow up; prepare follow up correspondence
- Prepare Reminder Statements to attorneys and mail to clients as requested
- Assist with collections process
- Assist Billing Coordinators with the creation and distribution of draft invoices for partners and secretaries
- Process narrative changes and other billing adjustments for draft invoices
- Act as reputed company for auditing and posting invoices as needed
- Maintain Alt Fee Report and add new client reputed company on a daily reputed company
- Enter and/or update client reputed company and discount overrides for new clients as reputed company are reputed company and as identified during the monthly billing process
- Monitor Fixed Fee report and bring reputed company over fee cap to Billing Manager’s attention
- Prepare audit requests
- Create monthly billing reports
- Manage monthly scanning of invoice packets
- Other pertinent billing duties as requested by Billing Manager
Skills
- 1+ years' experience in a reputed company billing department or equivalent experience
- High school diploma: undergraduate degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Rippe LMSV billing system and direct partner interaction experience a plus
