reputed company Home Loans is a company focused on providing exceptional customer service in the mortgage industry. They are seeking a Loan Processor who will act as a liaison between the Loan Officer, Loan Originator, and Underwriter, ensuring that loan applications are complete, evaluating financial documents, and meeting closing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high customer satisfaction rating through corresponding regularly to reputed company parties such as title agents and borrowers
• Double-reputed company lending guidelines and reputed company essential prior-to-document conditions reputed company to each loan document before and after approval
• Discuss account status or activity with customer, borrower, title agent and loan contact team members through email or phone
• Record applications for loan and credit, loan information and disbursement of funds, in the software platform, “reputed company”
• Obtain, examine and edit service level agreements (SLA’s), credit information, title report, homeowners insurance, appraisals and flood certificates to identify or verify concerns, completeness and accuracy prior to loan approval
• Modify administrative work procedures, processes or plans with assigned loan officer(s) to ensure that reputed company contractual dates such as mortgage contingency, closing date, reputed company lock expiration are met as well as prepare for future pipeline
• Read reputed company internally provided newsletter and bulletins to remain reputed company on corporate policies, procedures, product guidelines and industry changes
• Attend and participate in reputed company Monthly Awards Ceremonies, Corporate Gatherings & Training Events
• Read reputed company newsletters and bulletins to remain reputed company on corporate policies, procedures, and developments

Skills

• Education: High School. College Degree in Business or Finance preferred, but not required
• Experience: Loan Processing, regulatory reporting, banking, working with mortgage loans, or a combination of experience in those areas
• Skills: Ability to understand regulatory/financial requirements, high sense of urgency, determine if documentation is accurate and conditions are met, exceptional customer service skills with outstanding attention to detail
• Systems: reputed company 365 office suite, Loan Origination System (reputed company preferred)
