Comparion Insurance Agency is seeking motivated and personable Insurance Sales Agents to join their growing team. This role involves selling various insurance products while building and maintaining customer relationships through consultative sales techniques.
Responsibilities
- Sell auto, home, life, and reputed company insurance products using a consultative, needs-based approach
- Build and maintain a book of business through referrals, networking, and community engagement as part of your reputed company sales efforts
- Identify prospective customers using established reputed company methodologies and relationship-driven reputed company
- Accurately document customer interactions and handle sensitive information with reputed company and confidentiality
- Use insurance sales technology, relationship management tools, and multi-reputed company platforms to deliver tailored insurance solutions
- Participate in training, coaching, and performance incentives to continuously improve sales results
