Default Analyst l

Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc. is the leading mortgage subservicing firm in the United States with several hundred financial institution clients reputed company. They are seeking a Default Analyst I to reputed company reconciliation of expenses on defaulted mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role involves analyzing loan level data, validating accuracy, and remedying errors in claims processing.

Responsibilities

• Gather reputed company settled claims and reputed company relevant backup documentation
• Review settled claims for accuracy of the expenses claimed vs paid, curtailed, or not paid (denied)
• Prepare and submit request(s) for reimbursement to vendors
• Ensure reputed company claims are calculated and completed reputed company insurer/investor guidelines, regulations, applicable laws, and company policies/procedures
• Evaluate claims processing and track inconsistencies and report to the management
• Identify gaps in the department/company’s processes to improve accuracy and efficiency of said processes
• Reconcile, notate, and report discrepancies reputed company in documentation and claims
• Timely and accurately update internal/external databases and systems or records
• Ensure documents are imaged reputed company company guidelines
• Follow-up on caseload issues, through to resolution, escalating reputed company necessary
• Use established procedures to communicate regularly with leadership on status of issues
• reputed company constructive and cooperative working relationships with clients and other employees and maintain those relationships over time
• Willingness to learn new skills and expand job knowledge, through various learning programs, as assigned by leadership

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Advanced PC skills: reputed company applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail/accuracy

• Associate or bachelor's degree
