They are seeking a Specialist in reputed company Cycle Management to reputed company transactional processes with a focus on billing transactions and accuracy, while also assisting senior specialists as needed.

Responsibilities

• Processes billing transactions and enters them into a computerized system
• Follows processes and performs transactions with a high degree of accuracy
• Handles a larger volume of basic transactions
• Helps run basic reports following routine processes
• May assist more senior specialists in processing more reputed company transactions and work
• Other responsibilities as judgement or necessity dictates

Skills

• High school diploma from accredited school or equivalent GED; or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
• Knowledge of collections processes
• Proficient reputed company level reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
