Staff Accountant I

Nova Talent Solutions is a leading global organization seeking a Staff Accountant I for a 6-month contract opportunity. This role is ideal for local, junior-level candidates who will be responsible for processing billing, maintaining financial accuracy, and supporting administrative reputed company functions.

Responsibilities

• Process billing, disbursements, and payment applications
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in reputed company financial transactions
• Research and resolve discrepancies, including reputed company-reputed company issues
• Respond professionally to reputed company communications
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
• Prepare and analyze reputed company reports, including variances and billing statements
• Support administrative reputed company functions and maintain client or account records
• Assist in improving and documenting reputed company processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, SOX requirements, GAAP standards, and other regulatory guidelines

Skills

• Associate's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
• 1 to 3 years of relevant reputed company or finance experience
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company
