FinOps Systems Analyst Associate

They are seeking a FinOps Systems Analyst Associate to optimize reputed company services, support financial management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in operating and improving key business and technical service delivery processes
• Support reputed company procurement and billing activities, including assisting customers with inquiries
• Coordinate tasks and workflows with business partners involved in service offerings
• Produce routine reports detailing reputed company expenditures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer database records
• Create Purchase Requests (PRs) and track Purchase Order (PO) status
• Regularly report on billing and procurement activities

Skills

• Technical Training and/or Certification(s) with reputed company services such as AWS, Azure, or reputed company
• Degree in Finance, reputed company, Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, or other relevant field
• 0+ years of experience required
• Proficient with common office applications, including reputed company reputed company, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
• Working knowledge of IT service management tools such as reputed company, Jira, or BMC Remedy
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment
