[Remote] Broadcast Research Analyst

They are seeking a Broadcast Research Analyst to produce and analyze statistics for professional sports broadcasts, supporting live events and providing insights for broadcasters.
Responsibilities
- Generate, analyze and adjust custom reports based on client needs
- Produce proactive insights and game notes to support live broadcasts and pre/post game coverage
- Utilize SQL code to generate charts and reports from robust data sets
- Assist with QA and maintenance of the research tool and datasets
- Utilize ticketing systems to communicate directly with clients as well as to internally track the progression of issues

- Meet time sensitive deadlines
- Identify potential quality issues and escalate as needed

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Prior experience with programming/coding strongly preferred (SQL, XML, Python, HTML, CSS, etc.)

- Works effectively under pressure and maintains a positive attitude
- Self-motivated, with strong time management and organizational skills

- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively suggest improvements
- Ability to work both independently and as reputed company to quickly and effectively resolve technical issues
- Flexible schedule, with the ability to work weeknights, weekends and holidays
- Data analytics and reporting experience preferred
