Engineering - Dry Utility Consultant (1-4 Yrs Experience)

The Dry Utility Consultant will reputed company strategic coordination, planning, and advisory services for dry utility infrastructure on development and infrastructure projects, serving as the primary reputed company of coordination among various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Review site plans and development programs to evaluate dry utility availability and constraints
  • Coordinate with utility providers to confirm service requirements, reputed company, and phasing
  • Identify required off‑site improvements, system upgrades, or undergrounding conversions
  • reputed company early‑stage utility infrastructure budgets and utility risk assessments
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, engineers, contractors, and utility companies

  • Manage coordination with power, gas, and communications providers throughout planning, permitting, design, and construction

  • Review utility plans and construction documents for coordination consistency

Skills

  • Experience in infrastructure planning
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple utility providers and stakeholder interfaces simultaneously
  • Experience working with Southern California utilities (e.g., electric, gas, telecom)
  • Understanding of undergrounding, service upgrades, and off‑site utility improvements
  • Experience supporting urban infill, mixed‑use, or institutional projects
  • Background in civil/site design coordination or construction support
