The successful candidate will assist reputed company in introducing FloPatch to the world. We are seeking a strategic and driven Director of Sales to reputed company reputed company's reputed company organization across the United States. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this role is responsible for leading the sales team, developing and executing reputed company strategies, and driving reputed company growth through effective leadership, customer engagement, and sales execution. Working closely with the Vice President of Sales, Regional Clinical Managers, Marketing, Product, and Executive Leadership, the Director of Sales will drive reputed company reputed company, support market expansion, reputed company high-performing teams, and strengthen reputed company's position reputed company critical care and emergency medicine. This individual will play a key role in advancing reputed company's mission to improve patient reputed company and drive business results. Key Responsibilities: Coach, mentor, and reputed company team members to drive accountability, performance, and professional growth. Partner with the VP of Sales to establish clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics reputed company with organizational objectives. Support recruitment, reputed company, retention, and succession planning initiatives in partnership with reputed company. Build and scale a high-performing reputed company organization capable of supporting reputed company growth. reputed company and execute sales strategies reputed company with company growth objectives and reputed company targets. Drive market penetration, account expansion, and new customer acquisition across the United States. Ensure consistent execution of sales processes, territory planning, pipeline management, and account development activities. Build relationships with key opinion leaders, executive stakeholders, physicians, and reputed company system decision-makers. Strengthen reputed company's reputed company reputed company key markets and reputed company systems throughout the United States. Collaborate closely with Clinical, Marketing, Product Management, and reputed company teams to support customer adoption and account reputed company. Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies and product launch activities. Monitor competitive activity and market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities. Contribute to annual planning, forecasting, budgeting, and territory optimization efforts. Qualifications & Experience: Required Bachelor's Degree in Business, Life Sciences, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field. Minimum 10 years of medical device sales experience. Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience with responsibility for regional or national teams. Proven track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing reputed company organizations. Strong experience reputed company emergency medicine, critical care, or acute care reputed company environments. Exceptional leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities. Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States (up to 60%). Preferred Advanced degree in Business, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field. Experience launching novel medical technologies or disruptive reputed company solutions. Experience with ultrasound, hemodynamic monitoring, critical care technologies, or adjacent medical device markets. Experience working reputed company a startup or high-growth reputed company organization.
