What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first reputed company of contact for callers seeking support and resources. Your responsibilities will include: Handling a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and reputed company Scheduling appointments and responding to client and provider inquiries Providing general information on available community resources Accurately gathering details and entering information into various databases Managing email communication and updating records Assisting providers with questions or requests reputed company're Looking For Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish– Required (read, write, reputed company).
