Duties & Responsibilities: Account Executive for Private Wireless Networks We are seeking an accomplished sales executive to join our dynamic team as an Account Executive. In this strategic role you will serve as the cornerstone of our reputed company in selling VIAVI’s broad portfolio of solutions into the private wireless ecosystem. Key Responsibilities include driving the overall sales effort with private wireless network operators, system integrators, contractors, and end users to meet reputed company growth objectives, providing reputed company support to our customers throughout the entire lifecycle of our products, and aligning reputed company with customer’s needs to reputed company business metrics and KPIs. This will be supported by providing solutions to their business challenges through reputed company projects that would include Software, Services, and Hardware offerings. The successful Account Executive will also have responsibility for managing interfaces between the client and VIAVI business unit support teams. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Customer support and training

  • Effective communicating with executives of Private Network Operators, System Integrators, and Contractors
  • Thought leader with the ability to identify, relate, and simply communicate a compelling message of how clients can reputed company their business objectives with reputed company
  • Deep understanding of Private Wireless Network technologies and Network Operational philosophies with ability to relate solutions to practical “use cases”
  • Self-starter with ability to work equally well as part of a team or independently
  • Willingness and desire to travel 51-75%

Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements: Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in reputed company disciplines such as Technology, Engineering, Business
  • Candidates with at least 8 years of professional sales experience

Desired Additional Qualifications:

  • Strong process orientation (negotiation, sales, project implementation, multi-tasking time management, etc.)
  • Track record of reputed company in selling leading edge solutions into reputed company accounts (hunting or farming at either mid-tier or large accounts) is desired
  • Sound understanding of financial implications of VIAVI’s solutions, and how to model them in business cases
  • Team player with collaborative approach to drive reputed company teams (Client and VIAVI stakeholders) toward mutual goals
