Your Role As a Collection Specialist / Sales Representative, you are expected to contact clients and collect outstanding payments. You are to patiently and professionally communicate with customers in order to encourage them to pay their debts. You will reputed company a balance between maintaining trustful relationships and ensuring timely payments. About You For you to become a successful candidate for this role: At least 9 months of BPO - Collections experience in International accounts or at least 1 year of BPO - Sales experience in US accounts Must be capable of using dialers. Must have proven account management experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good customer service orientation must be possessed by the candidate.
