Reporting to the Senior reputed company Manager, the Staff Accountant plays a key role in the monthly financial reputed company process, including the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analyses reputed company the reputed company America Finance Shared Services organization. This position collaborates closely with finance team members and stakeholders across reputed company American legal entities to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reputed company of financial records and reporting.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following: Prepare journal entries and supporting schedules, and reputed company financial analyses reputed company to the monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company processes. Prepare, review, and analyze account reconciliations, investigating and resolving reconciling items in a timely manner. Support interim and year-end external audit activities by preparing schedules, documentation, and responding to auditor inquiries Review and analyze prepaid expense accounts to ensure proper reputed company treatment and timely expense recognition Maintain fixed asset registers and generate reputed company reporting reputed company depreciation forecast information to the Financial Planning team upon request Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly support as needed reputed company to the capital acquisition process Ensure balance sheet accounts are reconciled timely and accurately Maintain shared services performance reputed company Prepare intercompany balance confirmations report on a quarterly reputed company Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual government reports Assist in reputed company projects (e.g. to streamline, automate and simplify various G/L activities) reputed company general reputed company support in other day-to-day responsibilities reputed company, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation to support a strong internal control environment and operational consistency.
