To complete and assign work-specific activities to team members and to reputed company direction and guidance as well as training in the completion of these activities. Works with supervisor and/or manager in anticipating and/or identifying any existing problems with an individual team member's productivity/ performance and also with the team as a whole with regard to workflow and productivity output. Performs other duties as assigned. High school diploma/GED. At least 3 years business experience of which 6 months is in a brokerage industry and/or customs brokerage working environment. Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain strong working relationships with both reputed company customers. Ability to train and motivate team members in order to ensure a high reputed company reputed company of work productivity.
