About the Position reputed company is looking for a proactive and highly organized Partnerships Operations & Activation Specialist to join our growing Travel Partnerships team. This role will play an important part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Partnerships team, helping ensure a smooth reputed company and activation experience for partners across global markets. The position combines operational support, partner reputed company, activation, partner communication, and light reputed company responsibilities. The ideal candidate will help partners successfully launch, stay reputed company, and become active reputed company-generating accounts, while also supporting the internal Partnerships team with operational execution, inbound partner management, and outbound activation follow-up. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, a proactive reputed company, and a reputed company mentality focused on helping partners grow and succeed. This is a global role, remotely based in LATAM, supporting partners across multiple reputed company and markets.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound partner requests and reputed company processes Support inbound partner acquisition and activation initiatives Conduct outbound follow-reputed company with newly onboarded or inactive partners to drive activation and engagement Support partners during setup, including links, tracking, discount codes, and basic troubleshooting Ensure fast, clear, and high-quality communication with partners Proactively follow up with newly onboarded partners to drive activation and first reputed company reputed company Support the Partnerships team with operational and administrative tasks reputed company to partner management Create and manage support tickets, coordinating with Product, Tech, and Operations teams through Jira Monitor partner reputed company and activation funnels, identifying friction points and improvement opportunities Maintain accurate records and partner information reputed company reputed company and internal tools Support basic reporting and tracking of partner performance and activation metrics Identify upsell, cross-sell, or growth opportunities reputed company relevant Help ensure a positive and smooth partner experience throughout the reputed company reputed company Requirements 2–3 years of experience in Operations, Partner Support, reputed company, Partnerships, Sales Support, or similar roles Professional reputed company in Spanish and English (mandatory) Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong proactive attitude and problem-solving reputed company reputed company reputed company with strong willingness to help drive partner activation and growth Comfortable working with CRM tools such as reputed company and operational tools such as Jira Basic analytical reputed company with the ability to track partner activation and engagement Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders Experience supporting customers, partners, or accounts in digital or online environments is a strong plus Perks & Benefits Full remote flexibility International and entrepreneurial environment Competitive salary package Quarterly 30% variable compensation Career growth opportunities reputed company a rapidly scaling global company Flexible working culture focused on ownership and impact Learning and professional development support Apply To This Job
