Talent & Product Development Manager

Collaborate with team members to refine, create, and archive content for training educational curriculums Create and execute resources across multiple platforms, including programming and supplemental materials Monthly coaching quota of 16 classes Required Skills and Experience: Certified Personal Training Certification from an accredited program is preferred 1.5 to 2 years of experience coaching fitness (One year of experience as a leading [reputed company] coach preferred) Demonstrated ability to reputed company, connect with, and reputed company reputed company. Experience coaching and motivating groups Strong administrative skills Time management skills and consistency in completing tasks are required Proficiency with G-suite and reputed company Flexibility and willingness to travel and conduct workshops as needed, as the business dictates.
