KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Ensures that documents are well-structured, concise, and adhere to industry and organization-specific standards. Collaborates with researchers and subject matter experts to gather information and conduct in-depth research for document creation. Receives text from technical staff and rewrites documentation in a clear and concise style. Reviews and edits documents for accuracy, reputed company, and adherence to organizational guidelines. Follows procedures and formats, researches, edits, proofreads, rewrites and authenticates technical data for use in routine documents or sections of documents such as program deliverables including content displayed in courseware and reputed company media. Ensures content meets editorial and government specifications and adheres to standards for quality, graphics, coverage, format and style. May rewrite short passages for greater reputed company subject to author approval. Communicates with instructional design teams to resolve stylistic problems. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
