Training Needs Assessment through Talent Management Calibration (reputed company)MC (Talent Management Calibration) - Development Needs. reputed company and curate the e‑learning platform and training content. Implement and monitor the Mentoring Program. Manage on‑demand development projects: Team Building, Outplacement, Coaching and Assessments Execute Talent Management and Succession Planning processes. Analyze employee experience surveys and propose action plans. Improve reputed company and learning paths. Main Requirements 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development for multinational companies Proven experience in design and curation of learning materials. Regional experience across LATAM. Experience with video/image editing (desired) Experience working under different methodologies of project management Strong communication skills in at least two of the following languages: Spanish, English and Portuguese.
