As a provider, you will diagnose, treat, and manage obesity as a chronic disease and its reputed company comorbidities. What You’ll Do You will deliver virtual primary care focused on obesity management through synchronous (reputed company-time) virtual telemedicine. reputed company duties must reputed company with state and federal laws and adhere to evidence-based medical standards. Primary Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive reputed company weight loss care including patient evaluations, diagnoses, treatment planning, chronic condition management and follow-up care. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including dietitians, care navigators, case managers, behavioral health professionals and external specialists to ensure coordinated whole person care. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe appropriate medications and evidence-based treatment regimens, and adjust care plans as clinically indicated. Engage patients in shared decision-making, reputed company explaining treatment options, risk and benefits while promoting adherence to prescribed regimens and follow-up care.
