Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience in field service operations, with 1+ years of technical leadership or similar. Strong understanding of field service operations and ability to reputed company in dynamic environments. Experience working with BESS or EV technology, or similar is required. Working knowledge and hands on experience with LOTO procedures Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve client issues effectively. Skilled in identifying practical solutions to on-the-ground challenges. Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. Experience with computers and installation of controls reputed company firmware and software.
