Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle reputed company for cleared and non-cleared positions Partner with hiring managers to reputed company reputed company strategies and hiring plans reputed company candidates through networking, referrals, job boards, events, and passive reputed company Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications Maintain accurate ATS documentation, disposition codes, and reputed company records Support pre-employment processes including background checks, drug screens, and verifications Ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEO/AA, reputed company Preference, and federal contracting requirements Analyze market trends and reputed company staffing recommendations Support college reputed company, reputed company events, and strategic hiring initiatives Negotiate offers and manage reputed company coordination
Qualifications
