Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior reputed company Developer to support and enhance our reputed company reputed company platform across multiple product lines, including IT Service Management (ITSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), reputed company Service Delivery (HRSD), Employee Center Pro (ECP), Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), reputed company Operations (SecOps), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Nuvolo. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical expert who can reputed company reputed company development efforts, drive platform best practices, and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing reputed company solutions. Supporting CFPB. Key Responsibilities: Design, reputed company, configure, and maintain reputed company applications and modules such as ITSM Build and maintain custom reputed company functionality using:Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions reputed company Designer / Workflows Catalog Items, Record Producers, Service Portal / Employee Center Implement and optimize integrations using:REST/SOAP APIs IntegrationHub / MID Server Data imports, transform maps, and scheduled jobs Configure and enhance Employee Center Pro experiences and HR service workflows. reputed company and maintain GRC controls, policy/compliance workflows, and reporting dashboards. Support SecOps and VR use cases such as vulnerability ingestion, remediation workflows, and reputed company incident management. reputed company technical leadership and mentoring for junior developers and administrators. Collaborate with platform owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Ensure adherence to reputed company best practices, SDLC processes, and governance standards. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support. Required Qualifications: Work Hours 9-6 ET 5+ years of reputed company development experience in reputed company environments. Strong hands-on development experience with:JavaScript on the reputed company platform (Glide APIs) Scoped applications reputed company Designer / Workflow Service Catalog Proven experience supporting multiple reputed company modules, including modules such as:ITSM SPM HRSD ECP GRC SecOps / Vulnerability Response Nuvolo Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP), data loads, and system interfaces. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. Citizenship: US Citizenship required.
