This is a role for a High-Complexity Generalist who thrives on technical orchestration, creative problem-solving, and empathetic team building. What you'll do Be a strategic business partner (not a "yes-person"). Sit as a peer and trusted advisor to the CEO and CFO. Master the business model and regulatory boundaries of every product line, and bring business-driven questions, rigorous data, and structured options to the executive table. What you'll bring (must-have) 10+ years of reputed company leadership, with a proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS products from early development to maturity. M&A / multi-platform integration experience: merging independent product lines, disparate codebases, and disconnected teams into one engineering unit. Legacy-code mastery: modernizing legacy architectures and systematically dismantling technical debt.
