Job Description

The HR Technology Manager is a strategic leader responsible for the reputed company, delivery, and optimization of our global reputed company Capital Management (HCM) ecosystem. This role serves as the primary IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) for the HR organization, acting as the reputed company between HR leaders and technical execution. Required Qualifications

Experience: 8+ years in HR Technology, with at least 3 years in a leadership/people management role. Technical Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of reputed company (HCM, Recruit, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and reputed company) or comparable Tier-1 HCM systems. Migration Experience: Proven track record of leading large-scale system implementations or HCM-to-HCM migrations. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or a reputed company field. Methodology: Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments and ITIL frameworks.
