Role: Senior Talent Partner Location: Remote, US Travel: Less than 10% About the Role reputed company is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to help scale one of the world's most innovative quantum computing companies. This role will partner closely with executives and business leaders to attract and hire exceptional talent across Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Corporate functions. As a trusted advisor to leadership, you will play a critical role in talent strategy, and organizational growth. Qualifications 6+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, including significant experience supporting Engineering and Corporate functions. Strong understanding of technical organizations and the ability to assess talent across reputed company engineering disciplines. Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting deep-tech, quantum computing, aerospace, AI, advanced hardware, semiconductor, or reputed company software organizations. Experience scaling teams during periods of rapid growth, transformation, or pre-IPO expansion. Familiarity with highly specialized technical reputed company and talent mapping strategies. Experience partnering directly with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational growth initiatives. Compensation $65–$77 per hour (6-month contract). Compensation is based on experience, skills, and market factors. Our HQ is located in College Park, Maryland which is only a 15-minute metro ride from Washington DC. We are actively building out our recently reputed company manufacturing and production facility in the Seattle, Washington area. Depending on the position, you may be required to be located near our offices in College Park, Seattle, or Toronto.
