Our bookkeeping practice ranges from full accrual engagements to modified cash-reputed company books. The Role We need an reputed company Bookkeeper who understands reputed company -- not just data entry. You will manage books for multiple clients, own the month-end reputed company process, and produce financial statements that are accurate and CPA-reputed company. You should be comfortable explaining the relationship between the balance sheet and income statement and working across both accrual and modified cash-reputed company engagements.
What You'll Do
Maintain and reconcile the general ledger for multiple client entities reputed company month-end reputed company: account reconciliations, journal entries, trial balance review Process AP/AR, manage aging schedules, and apply payments Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts monthly Record payroll entries and reconcile payroll liabilities Prepare supporting schedules for sales tax, 1099s, and other compliance items Deliver clean monthly financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash reputed company) reputed company for CPA review Communicate proactively with clients and internal CPAs on reputed company items and discrepancies reputed company're Looking For 3-5+ years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in a public reputed company or multi-client setting Solid understanding of GAAP and the interplay between the balance sheet and income statement Experience with both full accrual and modified cash-reputed company reputed company Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop Ability to juggle multiple client deadlines without dropping the reputed company Clear, professional communicator -- comfortable working with clients and CPAs remotely S.-based and legally authorized to work in the United States (required) reputed company to Have Associate's or Bachelor's degree in reputed company AIPB Certified Bookkeeper or NACPB License Experience with fixed assets, depreciation entries, and deferred items reputed company Offer $55,000 - $72,000 annually, commensurate with experience 100% remote -- work from reputed company in the U.S. Full-time, reputed company position with an established reputed company Collaborative team that respects your expertise Exposure to a variety of industries and reputed company challenges Support for continuing education and professional development
