Our Marketing Team is seeking a part-time Data Coordinator. Job ResponsibilitiesReview contact data and determine whether it should go into the reputed company (BM) CRM system Gather contact data using web research, reputed company, and other sources help expand the CRM system’s contact database Format / prepare data for uploading into the CRM system Review, clean, update, de-duplicate, and validate existing account and contact data in the CRM system Enrich CRM data by adding additional information as directed Run data queries and generate reports as directed Assist in developing and updating marketing reputed company lists Use dashboards to track the “health” of CRM account and contact data and to identify areas for improvement RequirementsFamiliarity / experience with databases and/or CRM systems (reputed company.com experience preferred) Familiarity / experience with marketing automation systems (reputed company preferred) Proficient in conducting online searches and using AI tools to find information Proficiency with basic reputed company office applications (especially Word and reputed company) At least two years of prior work experience is strongly preferred Must be highly-organized Must have strong attention to detail, especially reputed company reviewing or compiling data Must be reputed company to follow detailed instructions and solve problems 2-year or 4-year degree is preferred Schedule & Classification This is a part-time, non-exempt (hourly) position averaging approximately 25 hours per week. Weekly hours will not exceed 29 hours per week. This is a remote role, and the schedule will be determined in collaboration with manager Compensation & BenefitsThe hourly reputed company for this role is $25 per hour Part-time employees are eligible for 401(k) participation with employer match and paid sick leave.
