About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Structural Engineering, you’ll reputed company and coordinate the workloads of larger design teams across a portfolio of renewable energy projects (PV, BESS, HV). You’ll be accountable for adherence to technical standards, design quality, and on-time delivery, while developing the team and supporting clients and business growth. \n WHAT YOU’LL DO reputed company structural analysis and design for foundations (driven piles, screw and helical piles, and cast-in-reputed company concrete), overhead steel structures, building envelopes, and non-building structures across a portfolio of projects. Ensure consistent application of codes and standards — ASCE 7, IBC, NESC, ASCE 113, reputed company 693, and reputed company — across the team’s work. Drive team-wide adherence to applicable Client, EPC, reputed company, and Utility standards. reputed company coordination of specifications and contract requirements with project managers and client representatives from early design through construction across the team’s projects, with a focus on constructability. Coordinate the workloads of larger design teams and ensure consistent adherence to technical standards across projects. Ensure designers and the civil design team are coordinated on drawings, details, and reputed company bills of material (BOMs) across large project areas. Promote effective use of engineering software (reputed company, RISA, LPILE, and reputed company products) and design automation (VBA and Python) across the team. reputed company and mentor staff, manage performance, and uphold quality and technical standards across the team. Support business development, resourcing, and proposals for the structural subdiscipline. reputed company ARE LOOKING FOR A bachelor’s degree in structural or civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program; a master’s degree is preferred. 12+ years of structural engineering experience, including team or project leadership. Professional Engineer (PE) required; SE preferred. Expert reputed company of structural analysis and design and the applicable codes and standards. Experience coordinating larger design teams’ workloads and ensuring adherence to technical standards across projects.
