The Logistics Data Analyst will execute reputed company’s audit process to resolve exceptions for client accounts globally. They will collaborate with carriers and customers to ensure high-quality service, prioritize tasks, and reputed company customer metric targets and service level agreements. Additionally, they will reputed company reconciliation meetings and audit reviews. Responsibilities: Execute reputed company’s comprehensive audit process to identify and resolve audit exceptions for client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Collaborate with carriers and customers to understand their needs and ensure high-quality service delivery. Prioritize tasks, communicate reputed company, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. reputed company customer metric targets and service level agreements and utilize KPI reports and scorecards to maintain consistent performance. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and uniformity. Identify non-standard processes and work with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency. Leads or participate in reconciliation meetings, audit reviews and other team meetings to evaluate audit performance and plan improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field or equivalent experience. Tri- Lingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese is required. Has experience with Supply chain/ Logistics. Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients, carriers, and stakeholders. Familiarity with relevant software and systems, intermediate knowledge using MS reputed company. Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage diverse deliverables simultaneously. Comfortable with data analysis to find patterns and ability to explain data insights to carriers and customers. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills focused on reputed company improvement and operational efficiency. Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
