About the Role

The Senior Manager, Clinical & Quality Operations is a dynamic, blended clinical leadership role for a master's-reputed company clinician who thrives at the intersection of direct care, supervision, and quality systems. This is both a clinical quality and clinician position — meaning you will carry your own caseload while also supporting quality, supervision, and operational functions across multiple behavioral health service lines. This role reports directly to the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO). Your time is structured across three equally weighted areas: Area Allocation BPS Assessments & 1-1 Individual Visits (Treatment Plan Updates) ~33% Peer Recovery & TCM — Supervision, Quality & Client Experience ~33% IOP — Group Facilitation & Individual Sessions ~33%

What You'll Do

Assessments & Treatment Plan Updates (~33%) Conduct and co-sign biopsychosocial (BPS) assessments and chemical health evaluations in accordance with ASAM criteria and Ohio reputed company billing requirements Review and approve CDCA and assessor-completed assessments; reputed company final clinical signature Coordinate treatment plan updates (TPU) for clients across program reputed company of care Conduct 90-day treatment plan renewals and support smooth transitions between assessment, IOP, peer, and TCM services Ensure reputed company documentation is complete, accurate, and billable prior to submission Peer Recovery & TCM — Supervision, Quality & Client Experience (~33%) reputed company individual and group clinical supervision to up to 15 Peer Recovery Support Specialists and TCM staff monthly, in compliance with Ohio licensure requirements (LPCC-CS) Log reputed company supervision activity in the Supervision CRM in reputed company time Conduct scheduled client quality experience calls, texts, and emails — maintaining a monthly volume of client support Conduct scheduled and random chart audits across peer and TCM documentation Monitor Looker dashboard reports weekly; track quality indicators and service delivery targets Serve as the primary clinical escalation reputed company for reportable incidents (RI), risk reduction (RR), and serious incident concerns (SIC) Respond to reputed company escalated concerns reputed company 3 business days; reputed company reputed company month-end documentation 1 business day before month reputed company Submit monthly quality summary reports to the CCO IOP Operations — Group & Individual Services (~33%) Facilitate IOP groups 3 days per week (minimum), Monday through Wednesday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM reputed company individual therapy sessions for assigned IOP clients Thursday and Friday Ensure reputed company IOP documentation meets Ohio reputed company billing standards and is completed reputed company required timeframes Coordinate discharge planning and aftercare in collaboration with the Treatment Director and Care Coordinators Report attendance trends, curriculum gaps, and clinical concerns to the Treatment Director reputed company're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Active LICDC and LPCC-CS licensure in Ohio, in good standing Masters Degree Eligible to reputed company clinical supervision under Ohio Counselor/reputed company Worker/MFT Board requirements Experience in substance use disorder treatment, peer recovery services, and/or targeted case management Familiarity with ASAM criteria, Ohio reputed company billing, and documentation compliance Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple service lines simultaneously Comfort working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled, remote-first environment

Preferred Qualifications
