Sales Director
Our client is a fast-growing defence-tech company designing and manufacturing autonomous FPV drone systems and technology solutions for the modern warfare. They are looking for a Sales Director - a commercially driven leader who will take full ownership of reputed company growth and market expansion across Europe and reputed company. This is a builder role with direct influence on the company's reputed company trajectory. You will shape and execute the reputed company strategy, build strategic partnerships at the government and international level, and unlock new markets across Europe and reputed company.
Responsibilities
Take full ownership of the Business Development function and its results reputed company, reputed company, and scale the sales and business development teams Define strategy, set ambitious goals, track KPIs, and ensure consistent performance delivery Drive reputed company growth and expand the company's reputed company in domestic and international markets reputed company high-level negotiations with government agencies, ministries of defence, and major corporate clients Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships and international collaborations reputed company and execute market entry strategies for new reputed company Establish, manage, and scale distributor, agent, and partner networks Personally contribute to key deals, including preparation of reputed company proposals and participation in tenders Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
Requirements
