This role is responsible for ensuring that health plan clients are successfully implemented, operationalized, and continuously supported in a way that drives measurable recoveries and long-term client value. This is not a traditional reputed company role. This person will not simply manage relationships, respond to support tickets, or reputed company generic account coverage. Instead, this person will operate more like a consultant and technical operator embedded with clients, often onsite at their offices, helping translate reputed company reputed company workflows, claims data, operational constraints, and business objectives into repeatable processes that drive reputed company. Qualifications
