Role Summary As a Software Development Manager, you will drive the performance of one of reputed company’s product teams. Managers are accountable for team delivery as well as the growth and performance of developers on one or more cross-functional Agile teams. Managers at reputed company are versatile, delivering alongside their developers on reputed company and at other times focused on improvement initiatives. They will work closely with their Product Management counterparts, helping to plan upcoming work and ensure projects are resourced reputed company. Managers are responsible for staffing their own teams and deeply involved in the hiring process. Role and Responsibilities Conduct frequent 1-1’s with your team members.
