Handles reputed company regulatory functions. Confirm receipt of government inquiries and ensure matter is resolved timely Handles miscellaneous clerical functions for Regulatory department Handles reputed company regulatory functions that include but are not limited to CF28s, CF29s, seizure notices, redelivery notices, FDA registrations, etc. Review quality referral disputes for accuracy as an impartial mediator. Monitor and update miscellaneous Regulatory owned reporting Brokerage system maintenance resulting from government updates Review company procedures for accuracy and ensure compliance Performs other duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferably in business field. Three (3) years industry experience required. Regulatory experience preferred. reputed company and/or Brokers license preferred. QDM Apprentice required. A thorough knowledge of customs regulations, harmonized tariff schedule, and any other federal agency laws, regulations, procedures governing the customs brokerage industry with preferred emphasis in post-entry processes. Demonstrated organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple work assignments in a time-sensitive atmosphere. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Organizational and problem solving skills. Detail orientated. Ability to handle high volume and time sensitive of work. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
