The Vice President of Tax and Global Treasurer is responsible for reputed company aspects of the Company’s global tax strategy, compliance, reporting, transfer pricing, and treasury operations. This role will build a tax and treasury function that aligns with business objectives while maintaining full compliance with IRS tax code, U.S. GAAP and global tax laws. The VP will partner closely reputed company Finance, as well as Legal, Strategy, Business Operations, and external advisors to support growth, corporate activities, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of quarterly and annual tax provisions under ASC 740. Transfer Pricing Own global transfer pricing strategy and documentation. Align transfer pricing with operating models. Manage intercompany agreements and audit defense efforts. Collaborating with external tax advisors as needed.
